An additional $40 charge applies to transfers on public holidays and during the Christmas/New Year holiday period, from 24 December to 2 January inclusive.

Please use your booking number as the payment reference. Payment must be received and cleared at least 48 hours prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled travel time may receive a refund or credit for future travel, less a $40 administration fee.

For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to travel, a refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of Black Label Transfers. Consideration may be given to costs already incurred and whether the allocated vehicle and driver can be reassigned.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to travel are non-refundable, and the full booking amount may be forfeited.

Black Label Transfers may, at its discretion, reduce or waive the administration fee as a gesture of goodwill. Any reduction or waiver does not alter our standard cancellation policy for future bookings.

Failure to meet your driver at the confirmed pickup location and time, without contacting Black Label Transfers, may be treated as a no-show, and the full booking amount may be forfeited.
